Senior Home Delivery Associate

Summary

The Senior Home Delivery Associate supports warehouse and home delivery operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role performs administrative tasks, handles customer inquiries, maintains operational records, and participates in daily departmental goals while working in a warehouse environment with regular lifting and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Answer internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide administrative support and run daily reports for the Operations Department
• Gather, maintain, and file data and records accurately and timely
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to security policies and procedures
• Support departmental goals and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math and reading skills
• Strong understanding of warehousing and distribution processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for prolonged periods, and work in varied temperatures with minimal supervision
