Outlet Stock Associate - Oxnard Outlet

Summary

RH is seeking an Outlet Stock Associate in Oxnard to receive, process, and move inventory that supports an elevated outlet experience. This hands-on role works in both the stockroom and on the sales floor to maintain organization, safety, and brand presentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills in daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Capable of lifting and mobilizing furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and performing prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
