Outlet Stock Associate

Summary

Responsible for accurately receiving inventory and efficiently moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor while maintaining a safe, organized stockroom. Supports the customer experience by preparing purchased items for pickup, assisting with loading, and ensuring merchandise is properly tagged and tracked. This role is hands-on and requires heavy lifting, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail outlet.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support inventory tracking
• Prepare items for customer pickup and assist with safe loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organization and time management in daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
