Summary

Interim beauty sales associate responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital channels, building customer relationships, and supporting department presentation and operations. The role requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally assist in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and product knowledge to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
