Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow a customer following
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready with light cleaning and merchandising
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
