Interior Design Consultant - Melrose Gallery

Summary

Provide a luxury, consultative experience for RH clientele by assessing design needs within the Gallery and partnering with RH Interior Design to deliver fully realized spaces. Act as an entrepreneurial, client-focused consultant who builds and maintains relationships, drives services and product sales, and ensures exceptional service from initial contact through delivery. Maintain RH brand standards through professional representation and collaboration with gallery teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury client experience through product expertise and elevated service on the Gallery floor
• Qualify, educate and consult clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through professional communication, appearance and conduct
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Art, Architecture or Interior Design background and relevant experience preferred
• People- and relationship-driven with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative and results-oriented
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver on the Gallery floor and stock areas; licensed to drive and ability to travel preferred
