Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Design Consultants provide a luxury, service-driven experience to walk-in clientele at the gallery, collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet and exceed client needs. They manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery, build and maintain client relationships, and help achieve gallery fiscal goals. The role requires strong design knowledge, excellent communication, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for clientele through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Support visual and quality standards within the gallery and represent the brand professionally

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Art, Architecture, or Interior Design background and relevant experience preferred
• People- and relationship-driven with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented with strategic agility
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver on the gallery floor, and travel locally; licensed to drive preferred
