Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales through clienteling and expert product knowledge at the Southdale store. Role includes supporting store operations, maintaining merchandising standards, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. The position requires flexibility for retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
• Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
• Manage clienteling activities and capture client data
• Initiate follow up on sales events and client inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Continuously seek feedback and pursue learning and development
• Adhere to company policies and store procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Creative and collaborative mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
