Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools such as text and social media to grow a customer following
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide honest and confident styling and fit recommendations
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed and work a flexible schedule

• Excellent communication and people skills and a self-motivated, goal-oriented focus
• Ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals and to excel in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and follow through
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to be in continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
