Responsibilities

• Provide confident, honest style advice to help customers select pieces that complement their wardrobes.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through in-store interactions, appointments, follow-ups, and digital outreach (text, social media, apps).
• Drive sales by setting appointments, conducting outreach, and leveraging digital tools to engage customers and promote new arrivals and events.
• Sell across departments and collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment.

Requirements

• Comfortable selling across departments and price points with strong styling and wardrobe knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to build a personal business through appointments, networking, and digital selling.
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for digital engagement and social media.
• Flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs, including evenings and weekends, and ability to perform physical tasks such as continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lifting items up to 25 pounds.
