Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals for designer handbags through both in-store and digital channels. Cultivate and grow a customer following using in-person interactions, text, and social media while providing confident styling and fit guidance. Support departmental merchandising, inventory tasks, and operate on a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual and department sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers and drive sales.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open new rewards program accounts.
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and performing price markdowns and light cleaning.
• Work collaboratively with the team and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.
