Responsibilities- Oversee in-bound receiving of all merchandising assets, including loose stones, vendor samples, and components.
- Systematically track all inventories within JDIW and maintain inventory in proper stocking locations.
- Perform tooling inventories and audits, and track all finished goods, samples, components, raw materials, and loose stones daily.
- Create unique item numbers, including purchase orders, and enter detailed information in JDE for all tooling, samples, components, and sundries.
- Manage work order inventory reconciliations and metal weigh-ups.
- Analyze and troubleshoot negative inventory situations in JDE/MIPS systems.
- Coordinate movement of all product samples, finished goods, components, and loose stones between multiple parties.
- Ensure all outbound shipments are packaged properly and processed in a timely manner.
- Perform daily high-value count and conduct inventory cycle counts to confirm inventory accuracy.
- Ensure comprehensive communication with all stakeholders on the movement of assets.
- Demonstrate safety leadership by adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures.
Requirements- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of JDE and Excel.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Accurate and attentive to detail.
- 2+ years of operational experience.
