• 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail fashion.
• Proven track record of achieving business results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
