Ladies Shoes Client Advisor - Downtown Store

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. Role requires expert styling knowledge, use of digital selling tools, and achievement of personal sales and client conversion goals. Position is onsite at the specified downtown store and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement
• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients
• Sell to clients in-person and digitally using store technology and omni-channel inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach and use digital tools and social media to grow business
• Utilize selling tools and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Create a collaborative and positive work environment

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling on commission and meeting sales goals
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work onsite
