Provide elevated selling and exceptional customer service to cultivate client relationships for ladies shoes through in-store and digital channels. Use technology and styling expertise to drive personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals while reporting to the Sales Manager at the specified store location.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients through elevated styling and personalized service in-person and remotely
• Utilize digital selling tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Leverage omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, commission, and conversion targets
• Strategize and manage own business to increase productivity through outreach and wardrobing
• Demonstrate expert product and brand knowledge

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling on commission and using digital selling technology
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work on-site
