Summary
Weekend Sales Associate responsible for delivering personalized luxury styling and exceptional customer service on weekends while maintaining an organized and attractive sales environment. Acts as a brand ambassador, supports store operations, and collaborates with peers and leaders to drive sales and loyalty. Role requires flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays and the ability to perform physical tasks on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store and department to initiate the experience.
- Engage customers providing personalized styling advice and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate selling and service behaviors to develop lasting customer relationships.
- Follow up on customer requests and commitments in a timely manner.
- Handle transactions and promote store services smoothly at point of sale.
- Assist across sales floor fitting room and stock areas and support One House operational tasks.
- Maintain selling floor merchandise presentation and process new receipts.
- Ensure merchandise protection standards audit compliance and hold policies are met.
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster an inclusive environment.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands.
- Customer focused sales or sales associate experience preferred and proven ability to build connections.
- Ability to operate point of sale technology and demonstrate basic technology proficiency.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor stockroom and office and lift up to 30lb with or without accommodation.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Motivated results driven with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift or carry up to 10 pounds as required by role.
