Summary

The Licensed Optician will integrate and support the optical program at the Atlanta location. This role combines optical expertise, customer service, and style consultation to create an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record optical measurements, adjust ophthalmic frames, and troubleshoot vision issues.
• Verify finished ophthalmic products and explain lens options and product details to clients and team members.
• Train team members on optical processes and techniques while supporting store-wide customer service and sales.
• Provide style and fit consulting and help grow the optical client base.

Requirements

• Licensed Optician in the State of Georgia.
• At least 2 years of optical experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Passion for eyewear, fashion, and culture; flexibility to work weekends as needed.
