Summary

Provide personalized, fashion-focused customer service in the Kids' Apparel and Shoes department. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit advice, and deliver service tailored to customers' needs.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments and schedules based on business needs.
