Responsibilities

• Support management with daily store tasks and maintain Task Tracker and Retailweb updates
• Perform opening and closing procedures including registers and building doors
• Complete returns and exchanges in the absence of a manager
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience
• Meet or exceed assigned sales volume objectives and execute action plans for promotions
• Maintain product knowledge and adhere to visual presentation standards
• Participate in merchandising activities including stock maintenance and floor changeovers
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with brand guidelines

Requirements

• 2 years of retail sales experience preferred within luxury retail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
• Demonstrated customer service excellence and sales focus
• Ability to perform opening and closing store responsibilities
