Responsibilities

- Follow up on customer requests and commitments in a timely manner.
- Promote store services and handle transactions using point of sale systems.
- Support operational tasks including maintaining the selling floor, restocking, and processing receipts.
- Assist across store areas such as sales floor and fitting rooms and return merchandise to departments.
- Ensure compliance with audit and merchandise protection standards and store policies.
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of designer brands and trends.
- Customer service or sales associate experience preferred with hospitality mindset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build meaningful customer relationships.
- Ability to operate technology and point of sale systems.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays with required weekend availability.
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor stockroom and office and lift up to 30lb.
- Motivated and results driven with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Maintain professionalism adhere to personal presentation standards and follow work schedule.
