• Meet and exceed individual and team sales plans
• Establish develop and maintain a strong clientele base
• Maintain deep product knowledge of brands and merchandise
• Collaborate with vendor partners on promotional and sales initiatives
• Participate in clienteling activities and follow up with customers
• Support store events and experiential selling opportunities
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed
