Provide exceptional luxury retail sales and customer service as a Style Advisor focused on developing long-term client relationships and achieving sales targets. Act as a product and fashion expert, collaborate with vendor partners, and support store initiatives to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consultative selling to meet and exceed individual sales plans
• Establish develop and maintain a strong clientele base through clienteling
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and act as a fashion expert for clients
• Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities and host store events
• Consistently execute professional selling behaviors and follow company sales processes
• Track and report client interactions and sales activities as required
• Support ad hoc store responsibilities and team initiatives
