Manager, Client Development - Soho

Summary

The Manager, Client Development for the Soho boutique leads the sales team to deliver elevated client experiences, drive business results, and develop the client base. This role combines on-floor coaching, people leadership, and community engagement to support the Boutique Director and uphold boutique standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire the team on the selling floor to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge, service delivery, and CHANEL savoir faire.
• Foster a positive working environment and a culture of feedback, diversity, and teamwork.
• Lead the team using key performance indicators to continuously improve sales and service.
• Represent the boutique in the market through community involvement, partnerships, and events to grow the client base.
• Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld to support business results.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
• Ability to lift 15 lb and maintain a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In-store presence required to develop and coach teams and manage boutique operations.
• Passion for client experience and desire to grow professionally within the brand.
