Manager HR Business Partner - Landmark

The Manager, HR Business Partner - Landmark is a pivotal role that connects our people and talent strategies with business success. This management position is responsible for addressing all human resources needs for the Landmark employee and leadership population, working closely with the Landmark leadership team. The role involves driving and supporting talent strategy, leading team development, consulting with business leaders, strategizing workforce planning, leveraging people analytics, and providing strategic HR guidance.

• Provide HR oversight to develop and implement HR initiatives supporting business success.
• Demonstrate expertise in employee relations, compensation & benefits, training, and organizational design.
• Utilize functional expertise for consistent and fair resolution of complex employee relations and benefits situations.
• Manage organizational risk in policy application and implementation.
• Focus on external recruitment and talent planning, ensuring talent action plans are in place.
• Maximize internal talent through career pathing and development opportunities.
• Conduct local industry compensation analysis and work with Global Compensation and Benefits.
• Act as a communication conduit between key leaders for HR initiatives and projects.
• Ensure alignment of HR projects with business strategy.
• Develop HR talent focused on team and peer relationships.

• BA/BS or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 7-10 years HR experience, including HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of Retail or luxury goods preferred.
• Strong leadership presence and experience managing diverse groups.
• Strong consultative, coaching, communication, and influence skills.
• Proven success in HR service delivery.
• General business acumen and analytical thinking ability.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and HRIS.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
