People Business Partner Manager

The People Business Partner Manager at Ralph Lauren is a strategic role responsible for full cycle recruitment, management, and execution of People & Development services, policies, and programs. This position partners directly with the People Team and Ralph Lauren Foundation to oversee employee relations, onboarding, and performance management.

• Drive the selection and hiring process from position launch through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through various channels and manage the candidate experience.
• Finalize offer processes, including reference checks and compensation requirements.
• Ensure consistent and successful onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Perform new hire and exit interviews and make improvement recommendations.
• Align P&D functions with business initiatives and develop strategic relationships.
• Support annual performance management and employee relations issues.
• Manage conflict resolution and conduct investigations as needed.
• Oversee leaves of absence in partnership with HR Coordinators.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.

• Experienced HR Business Partner with strong relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and programs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize critical projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence business partners.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
