Responsibilities- Act as a strategic HR advisor to retail leadership, ensuring HR policies align with business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with store leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Leverage HR data and analytics for insights on workforce planning and performance trends.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for key retail positions.
- Oversee onboarding and new hire integration.
- Conduct training sessions to support employee career development.
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees, providing guidance on workplace policies.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and advise managers on employee relations matters.
- Drive a culture of engagement by developing initiatives that promote employee connection.
- Lead the annual performance review process and support managers in addressing underperformance.
- Act as a primary HR contact for employees with questions regarding payroll and benefits.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
- Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build trust with senior leadership and serve as a strategic business partner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives.
