Job Description

Summary

As a Human Resources Manager at Kering, you will be a key member of the HR Mutualized Services team, providing strategic and operational HR support to the regional HQ team and retail locations across North America. This role involves partnering closely with retail leadership to align HR policies with business objectives, drive engagement, and enhance the employee experience. You will oversee critical HR functions, including employee relations, talent development, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to retail leadership, ensuring HR policies align with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with store leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics for insights on workforce planning and performance trends.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for key retail positions.
  • Oversee onboarding and new hire integration.
  • Conduct training sessions to support employee career development.
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees, providing guidance on workplace policies.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and advise managers on employee relations matters.
  • Drive a culture of engagement by developing initiatives that promote employee connection.
  • Lead the annual performance review process and support managers in addressing underperformance.
  • Act as a primary HR contact for employees with questions regarding payroll and benefits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to build trust with senior leadership and serve as a strategic business partner.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives.
