- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer delivery.
- Serve as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers, providing strategic guidance.
- Develop job descriptions and structured hiring plans.
- Oversee Applicant Tracking Systems and maintain compliance.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics.
- Build a diverse candidate pipeline and support diversity initiatives.
- Represent the company at community events and networking groups.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Design and manage the company’s internship program.
- Travel to company locations to support recruitment efforts.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with payroll and time & attendance management.
- Facilitate training and development workshops.
- Support employee experience initiatives.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of recruiting and progressive HR experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to establish cooperative working relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable making independent decisions.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
- Experience managing recruitment platforms.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience working with retail teams.
