Job Description

Summary

The Manager People Partnerships at Ralph Lauren Stores is responsible for supporting the strategic execution of Human Resources programs by fostering productive cross-functional relationships and leading employee investigations. This role requires effective communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills to manage employee relations and support talent initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Line Managers to support the selection and hiring process for managerial positions.
  • Provide feedback on candidate profiles and market trends to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
  • Support New Store Opening projects and ensure a successful onboarding experience.
  • Identify and resolve drivers of employee turnover and advocate for retention initiatives.
  • Drive the Annual Performance Management Cycle and manage talent reviews.
  • Support leadership with employee relations and performance management matters.
  • Conduct climate surveys and analyze store trends to resolve disputes.
  • Lead change management and project management initiatives.
  • Partner with Learning & Development for talent development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment practices and recommend lifecycle employee changes.
Requirements
  • Human Resources Generalist experience in Luxury Retail or Hospitality required.
  • Strong business acumen and experience managing employment law.
  • Experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with business partners and leadership.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
