- Support New Store Opening projects and ensure a successful onboarding experience.
- Identify and resolve drivers of employee turnover and advocate for retention initiatives.
- Drive the Annual Performance Management Cycle and manage talent reviews.
- Support leadership with employee relations and performance management matters.
- Conduct climate surveys and analyze store trends to resolve disputes.
- Lead change management and project management initiatives.
- Partner with Learning & Development for talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment practices and recommend lifecycle employee changes.
Requirements- Human Resources Generalist experience in Luxury Retail or Hospitality required.
- Strong business acumen and experience managing employment law.
- Experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with business partners and leadership.
- Strong project management and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
