Responsibilities- Drive and execute initiatives to transform the RNA HRIS landscape, understanding business processes and system functionality.
- Manage HR system applications and projects, coordinating resources and facilitating transitions from projects to operations.
- Take operational responsibilities for HR tickets, HRIS training curricula creation, and roll out.
- Ensure relationship management with Richemont functions stakeholders to manage risks and dependencies.
- Handle project risks and issues, establish success metrics, and track project performance.
- Review support team structure for demand management and capacity planning.
- Provide thought leadership on HR technology solutions and strategies for new programs and enhancements.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business discipline preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
- 7+ years HR Technology experience, leading enterprise projects, system maintenance, and data/analytics.
- Ability to align HR processes, system functionality, and data governance with departmental goals.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end employee life cycle process.
- Strong project management and communication skills, including agile and design thinking expertise.
- Capability to balance competing priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Workday experience a plus.
