Summary
Lead enterprise organizational design efforts to shape structures that support strategic priorities, enable transformation, and drive efficiency. Partner with senior leaders to develop future-state frameworks, integrate talent alignment, and advise on change enablement to foster an agile high-performing organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement scalable organizational structures to enable agility and long-term growth.
- Evaluate org structures, roles, spans, and layers to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop future-state org frameworks that support digital transformation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead change enablement initiatives working with HR, Communications, and Business Leaders to ensure adoption.
- Collaborate with Talent and HR Business Partners to integrate design with workforce planning and succession strategies.
- Define KPIs and success metrics and analyze organizational health indicators.
- Provide consultative guidance to senior executives and function leaders on structural decisions.
- Drive data-driven insights to support design recommendations.
- Support governance and implementation of organization redesign programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive experience in org design, transformation, or talent strategy.
- Deep expertise in organizational development, HR, business, or related field.
- Proven success leading large-scale org design initiatives in retail, fashion, consumer goods, or consulting.
- Experience with organization diagnostics, operating model redesign, and change management frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence with ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience working in matrixed environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities to synthesize data into strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with design thinking and agile transformation preferred.
