Manager People and Organization Fashion Retail

As a Manager, People and Organization in Fashion Retail at Chanel, you will lead the execution of core Human Resources processes within the Fashion boutiques in the Northeast market. You will partner with Boutique Leadership Teams to enhance leadership skills and drive performance, focusing on creating an inclusive culture that nurtures personal growth and collective progress.

• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive culture and maintain a presence in the Retail space.
• Support talent development by conducting career discussions and guiding compensation and performance review processes.
• Manage performance by identifying opportunity areas and providing guidance on coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including full cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Resolve employee relations issues through effective investigations and consultations.
• Ensure compliance with employment best practices and partner with various teams for alignment.

• Minimum 5 years of core HR experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in employee relations and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work on-site in a retail environment regularly.
