Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Manager Field HRBP, you will act as a business partner to retail field leadership, providing HR guidance and counsel in support of the brand business plan. You will assess and anticipate HR-related needs and be responsible for HR services for an EssilorLuxottica North America brand or business unit, including engagement, succession planning, performance management, recruiting strategy, workforce effectiveness, and individual development planning.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the brand/business unit HR team to identify and develop HR plans to support the business strategy.
  • Act as an advocate for associates, fostering a best-in-class work environment.
  • Serve as an active member of the Zone Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate with other HR teams to develop and execute programs, systems, and processes.
  • Analyze metric reporting to support the brand/business unit strategy and drive business results.
  • Provide guidance to managers and associates for HR-related concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policy and federal/state employment law.
  • Participate in the recruiting strategy process.
  • Communicate and implement programs related to Compensation & Benefits.
  • Facilitate new manager onboarding process for field managers.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Partner with HR Operations and Benefits on issues related to associates' pay, benefits, and disability.
  • Build business knowledge by participating in meetings and reading industry publications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of Human Resource or related experience.
  • Ability to manage confidential information effectively.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and management skills.
  • Strong, highly collaborative working style.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Innovative strategies for solving HR issues.
  • Strong Project Management/Process Improvement skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, consult, and influence at various levels.
