SummaryAs an HR Manager at Richemont Americas, you will provide dedicated Human Resources support and collaboration to the Chloé Maison and other Richemont Fashion & Accessories Maisons in the U.S. and Canada. You will work closely with Maison leadership and HR teams to strategize and implement talent management plans that drive business performance and promote professional growth.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Maison leadership to execute performance management and organizational development activities.
- Provide HR-related thought leadership and coaching to foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Partner with employees to assess skill gaps and incorporate development needs into HR strategy.
- Maintain understanding of employee benefit programs and support employees in managing employment terms.
- Create and facilitate change management plans and coach leaders to drive outcomes.
- Champion inclusion to promote a sense of belonging across the Maisons.
- Partner with leaders and Legal team to address employee relations issues.
- Oversee performance management processes and ensure timely follow-up on improvement plans.
- Facilitate talent acquisition process and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Conduct workforce analysis and provide guidance during performance management processes.
- Maintain employment status information in HRIS and generate reports as needed.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Understanding of HR best practices and talent management principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and consulting skills.
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
- Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
- High drive for results and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
