Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will assist the Vice President of Human Resources and Learning & Development in managing and administering daily Human Resources functions. This role involves close collaboration with Fort Lauderdale Office colleagues to deliver Human Resources services in employee relations, health and welfare benefits, leave of absences, workers compensation, performance management, payroll processing support, and general Human Resources support.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Educate colleagues on Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Respond to inquiries regarding health and welfare benefits and update employee records.
• Execute compliance reporting and maintain various reports.
• Review and manage payroll and timesheet submissions.
• Act as a liaison between New York office colleagues and other departments.
• Lead projects and represent the Watches of Switzerland Group fascia when necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources including multiple state benefits.
• Proficiency in HRIS administration and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
