Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, hiring managers, and senior executives
  
• Network within the industry to secure interviews for candidates
  
• Partner with candidates to clarify their job search goals
  
• Identify candidates' role and employer targets
  
• Advocate for candidates to obtain interviews and leads
  
• Collaborate with the recruiting, sourcing, and career coaching teams
  
• Recommend resume, LinkedIn, and coaching products when relevant
  

Requirements

• Prior Director-level experience in luxury fashion and/or jewelry
  
• Extensive industry network
