Lead and develop an elite personal shopping team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve department sales targets while maintaining high visual and operational standards across private shopping areas.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profit targets for the Personal Shopping department
- Recruit, hire, onboard and develop top talent
- Coach team members through performance management and recognize high performers
- Manage client cultivation by acquiring new clients and retaining existing clients
- Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to deliver seamless sales and service
- Partner with Marketing to support store events and community opportunities
- Ensure private shopping suites maintain high visual standards and curated product
- Manage payroll and staffing levels to meet business needs
- Oversee inventory control processes and customer holds
Requirements
- 5 years of managerial experience with accountability for driving sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets
- Experience in luxury retail selling preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and change management abilities
- Strong client relationship and cultivation skills
- Experience with performance management and coaching
- Operational awareness of inventory and customer goods processes
