Manager, Retail Operations

Summary

The Manager, Retail Operations oversees daily retail operations and compliance across the regional store network. This role manages store development projects across the Americas and partners with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations and maintain current knowledge of in-store processes, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Project-manage new store openings, renovations, and relocations, coordinating timelines and activities with corporate partners and retail teams.
• Develop and improve store opening processes, procedures, checklists, and communications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on process improvements, user guides, and system enhancements.
• Manage communications for recurring activities, system updates, and project work.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-store retail, ideally in luxury, premium consumer, or specialty retail.
• Demonstrated project management experience with cross-functional stakeholders, milestones, and budget accountability.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
