Summary

Manager Sales - Huntington Station leads the cosmetics sales team to achieve store sales goals, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and ensures merchandising standards are maintained. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the cosmetics sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Coach and develop associates through feedback and training
• Manage floor operations including merchandising and stock presentation
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues
• Analyze sales performance and implement action plans
• Maintain product knowledge and train staff on new launches
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for the cosmetics department

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant retail or management experience
• Proven leadership and coaching skills
• Strong sales and customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends
• Knowledge of cosmetics products and trends preferred
