Job Description

Summary

Temporary manager responsible for leading social media marketing strategy and execution for the brand from an office in Long Island City. Role focuses on developing content plans, overseeing campaign performance, and coordinating with cross functional teams to drive engagement and growth. Position reports into senior marketing leadership and requires hands on experience managing social media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Create content calendars and oversee content production
  • Manage paid social campaigns and monitor performance
  • Analyze metrics and produce regular performance reports
  • Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams on campaigns
  • Lead and mentor social media coordinators or specialists
  • Ensure brand voice and guidelines are maintained across channels

Requirements

  • Six years of experience in social media marketing or related roles
  • Proven experience managing multiple social channels and campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social analytics tools
  • Experience with paid social and content production processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on site in Long Island City
