Summary
The Senior Manager, Influencer and Advocacy will lead influencer strategy and advocacy programs for prestige beauty brands in the U.S., shaping cultural presence across social platforms, managing budgets and vendor relationships, and partnering with global and local teams. This role includes people leadership of two direct reports and oversight of campaign planning, execution, and measurement. The role supports integrated Paid Owned and Earned approaches and ensures global initiatives fit market needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement influencer and talent strategies across micros mid-tier macro and celebrity tiers
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns including contracting negotiations deliverables and launches
- Manage day-to-day budgets and vendor relationships for influencer and advocacy programs
- Set KPIs track performance and deliver monthly and program reporting to global
- Support planning and execution of brand events including invites production content and alignment with global
- Oversee recruitment selection and project management of core influencers from start to finish
- Carry out post campaign analysis to measure ROI and campaign performance
- Manage and develop two direct reports fostering collaboration and performance
- Collaborate with media PR and brand teams to ensure cohesive integrated marketing plans
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing or communications ideally within beauty fashion or luxury
- Proven success developing and executing multi tier influencer strategies across platforms
- Strong understanding of social platform trends content best practices and usage rights
- Experience using measurement tools such as Radarly Lefty or similar to track performance and ROI
- Experience managing budgets and delivering campaigns on time and within scope
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high performing teams
- Strategic creative and culturally attuned approach to brand storytelling and talent engagement
