Summary
The Manager of Content Strategy Polo will grow online presence for the Men’s Polo category by developing social strategies that shape brand voice, engage consumers, and drive measurable growth through content and campaigns across digital channels. The role partners with cross functional teams and agencies to deliver consistent global social plans and elevate storytelling across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with agency and cross functional teams to create content and campaigns.
- Partner with talent and influencer teams to identify campaign and always on content.
- Manage day to day posting monitoring and engagement for Mens Polo social handles.
- Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports using internal and external tools.
- Present performance updates to leadership in clear compelling format.
- Define KPIs collect results analyze performance and recommend actions to drive future strategies.
- Support crisis communication and align messaging with corporate communications.
