Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and campaign goals
- Collaborate with agency and cross-functional teams to create content and campaigns
- Partner with talent and influencer teams to identify campaign and always on content
- Manage day-to-day posting, monitoring, and engagement across Polo social handles
- Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports using internal and external tools
- Present strategic performance recaps and actionable recommendations to leadership
- Deliver innovative content supporting owned, earned, paid, and shared channels
- Define and monitor KPIs and translate insights into strategic actions
- Support crisis communications to ensure alignment with corporate messaging
