Summary
Lead strategic development and execution of paid social campaigns across platforms for North America, driving brand awareness, engagement, and performance. Collaborate with cross functional partners, media agencies, and platform vendors while managing budgets and mentoring junior team members. Use analytics to optimize campaign performance and inform full funnel marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
- Oversee campaign planning, creative briefing, asset delivery, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Creative, Brand Marketing, PR, Organic Social, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Manage relationships with media agencies and platform representatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Own paid social budget including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Guide and mentor junior team members and support their development.
- Monitor platform updates, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid social media, preferably in retail or e commerce.
- Proven experience managing large scale campaigns and budgets.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and Sprinklr.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
