Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive Manager in Training program covering unit operations
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew to deliver excellent customer service
- Implement store strategy to support unit success and customer satisfaction
- Maintain productivity and control costs through effective management
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards
- Support quality beverage and food preparation practices
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years coffee bar management experience in specialty coffee
- Or 2 years full service upscale restaurant management experience
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with a flexible schedule
- Food handler card where required by local and state regulations
- Solid communication skills and basic accounting skills
- Eligibility to participate in performance based incentives or bonuses
