Job Description

Summary

As the Manager of Global Client Development, you will be a key member of the Global Retail Excellence team, responsible for defining and developing client strategies and tools to enhance client recruitment, retention, and engagement. You will work closely with various departments to develop a long-term vision and roadmap for client development, ensuring alignment with global tools and guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Build and enhance the global clienteling strategy, leveraging retail insights and data-driven results.
  • Develop and execute global client strategies focused on exceptional client experience and activation.
  • Drive retail 1:1 client targeting strategy to reach the right clients with the right message.
  • Partner with digital product and analytics teams to advance data capabilities for client objectives.
  • Implement strategies to drive business objectives and support data capture and clienteling.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Client Service, and eCommerce teams for an integrated client experience.
  • Foster a globally consistent, elevated client experience while empowering localization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills in global, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and launching new initiatives.
  • Passion for building innovative customer experiences and nurturing loyalty.
  • Proficient in various marketing channels and data analysis.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
