Summary
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies with a significant focus on brand event coordination to elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives within the luxury retail environment. This role leads event planning and on-site execution, manages vendor relationships and budgets, and collaborates cross-functionally with global and local teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with global brand vision and business goals.
- Lead planning, execution, and management of brand events including product launches, store openings, pop ups, and partner events.
- Coordinate with Milan HQ and internal teams to develop event concepts, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement collaboration.
- Oversee on site event logistics and ensure flawless execution to brand standards.
- Analyze event ROI and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and manage brand guidelines and ensure consistency across marketing materials.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a shared Marketing Coordinator and foster collaborative environment.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and track spend against objectives.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in marketing and/or events, preferably within luxury retail.
- Proven track record developing and executing marketing strategies and retail event management.
- Strong understanding of luxury market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and event logistics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
