Job Description

Summary

Provide elevated selling and exceptional customer service to cultivate client relationships both in-store and digitally, acting as a trusted style confidante and using technology to drive sales and engagement. This role reports to the Sales Manager and is onsite at the specified location.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through personalized service and outreach
  • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients
  • Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
  • Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory and store technology to sell
  • Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
  • Strategize business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
  • Create a collaborative and positive work environment

Requirements

  • Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
  • Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
  • Commission sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Flexible work schedule
