Men's Sales Associate

Summary

Client Advisor role focused on cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. Position requires in-person and digital selling using store technology to reach sales and conversion goals. This onsite role reports to the Sales Manager and supports omni-channel client service and styling.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to clients in-person and remotely
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory and digital store technology to sell
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize and manage individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration with colleagues
• Demonstrate customer-centric service and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling via digital tools and using retail technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Ability to meet sales goals and a motivated sales orientation
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
