Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store and department to initiate the customer experience.
- Engage customers and provide personalized styling advice using brand and trend knowledge.
- Demonstrate selling and service behaviors to build lasting customer relationships and meet sales goals.
- Handle transactions and promote store services, including point of sale operation.
- Follow up on customer requests and commitments in a timely manner.
- Assist across store areas including sales floor and fitting rooms and maintain merchandising standards.
- Perform operational tasks such as stocking, processing new receipts, and maintaining fitting room cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with merchandise protection standards and store policies.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of designers and trends.
- Customer service or sales associate experience preferred with a hospitality mindset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build meaningful client connections.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 30lb with or without accommodation.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic technology proficiency and ability to operate a point of sale system.
- Motivated, results driven, and able to set and achieve sales goals.
