Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports store sales and the customer experience through daily merchandise handling, inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom tasks. The role also assists with merchandise presentation and in-store events.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise, process freight and transfers, and fulfill customer orders.
• Maintain merchandise organization, stockroom standards, and inventory controls.
• Complete price changes, reticketing, signage, and product placement.
• Assist with merchandising, sale events, and in-store event setup and takedown.
• Follow safety procedures in all work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Flexibility in managing competing tasks and a collaborative mindset.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet role requirements that may include standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting or carrying up to 35 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
